Refinement School

MADKORCO carried out shoring works for the Refinement School project, executing a 6 m depth excavation support system. The project was completed for client BETCO during 2019.

Bandariyah Tower

Shoring and dewatering works were performed for the Bandariyah Tower development, involving an 8 m depth excavation with full groundwater control measures. The project was delivered to client BETCO and completed in 2019.

ENOC Petrol Station — Siyhat

MADKORCO provided shoring and dewatering services for the ENOC Petrol Station in Siyhat, with an excavation depth of 6 m. Works were carried out for client AL-Daghour EST and completed in 2019.

Police Club Development

Shoring and dewatering works were executed for the Police Club Development project at a depth of 4 m. The project was delivered for client Zahrat Al-Sahara Co. and completed in 2019.

Carawan Tower

MADKORCO performed shoring and dewatering works for the Carawan Tower project, with excavation reaching 7 m depth. Works were completed for client Zaid Abdul Rahman Alzahrani in 2019.

Al Sagheer Tower

Shoring works were carried out for the Al Sagheer Tower project at a depth of 7 m. The project was executed for client BETCO and completed in 2019.

Sewage Pipe Line Tunneling Shafts — Site 1

MADKORCO executed shoring and dewatering works for sewage pipe line tunneling shafts at a depth of 9 m. Works were carried out for client Water & Power Projects Co. and completed in 2020.

Sewage Pipe Line Tunneling Shafts — Site 2

A second sewage pipe line tunneling shaft package was executed by MADKORCO at 8 m depth, including full shoring and dewatering scope. The project was delivered to Water & Power Projects Co. and completed in 2020.

Sewage Pipe Line Tunneling Shafts — Site 3

A third tunneling shaft package was completed at 6 m depth with shoring and dewatering works. Client was Water & Power Projects Co. and the project was completed in 2020.

Pump Station — Royal COM.

MADKORCO provided dewatering services for the Royal COM. Pump Station project at a depth of 6 m. Works were delivered for client Multi Works Co. Ltd. and completed in 2020.

Administration Building — Al-Qatif

Shoring and dewatering works were performed for an administration building in Al-Qatif at an excavation depth of 4 m. The project was completed for client Rokken Al-Eamar C. Co. in 2020.

Sewage Station — Al-Kahmah, Jazan

MADKORCO executed shoring and dewatering works for the sewage station in Al-Kahmah, Jazan, at a depth of 5 m. Works were carried out for client Bin Delamah C. Co. and completed in 2020.

Al-Jubail Sewage Pump Station

MADKORCO carried out deep dewatering works for the Al-Jubail Sewage Pump Station at a significant depth of 12 m. Works commenced in 2020 and were completed in 2021, delivered to client Al-Suhaimi Piling.

Deep Valve Chamber Shoring and dewatering works were executed for a deep valve chamber project at a depth of 9 m. The project was delivered to client Water & Power Projects Co. and completed in 2021.

High Pressure Electric Tower

MADKORCO provided dewatering services for the High Pressure Electric Tower foundation at a depth of 4 m. Works were completed for client Smart Union Contracting Co. in 2021.

Azizya American Schools S

horing and dewatering works were executed for the Azizya American Schools project at a depth of 4 m. The project was delivered to client Al-Suhaimi Piling and completed in 2021.

Azizya Shubili Mall — Artificial Lake

MADKORCO carried out dewatering works for the artificial lake feature at Azizya Shubili Mall at a depth of 4.5 m. Works were completed for client Major Projects General C. Co. in 2021.

Camp Administration Building — Al-Khobar Al-Doha

Shoring works were performed for a camp administration building in Al-Khobar Al-Doha at an excavation depth of 4.5 m. The project was completed for the owner Ali Al-Khathamy in 2021.

Al-Manea Hospital Administration Building — Al-Jubail

Shoring and dewatering works were executed for the Al-Manea Hospital Administration Building in Al-Jubail at a depth of 4.5 m. Works were delivered to client Major Projects General C. Co. and completed in 2021.

Wabel Tower — Dammam

MADKORCO provided shoring and dewatering services for the Wabel Tower in Dammam at an excavation depth of 5.8 m. The project was completed for client BETCO in 2021.

Al Shatti Square Mall — Dammam Shoring and dewatering works were carried out for the Al Shatti Square Mall project in Dammam at a depth of 4.5 m. Works commenced in 2021 and were completed in 2022, delivered to client ATPCO.

Dubble Tower — Dammam MADKORCO executed dewatering works for the Dubble Tower project in Dammam at a depth of 6.5 m. The project ran from 2021 to 2022, delivered to client Al-Suhaimi Piling Co.

Jenan Mall — Siyhat Shoring and dewatering works were performed for Jenan Mall in Siyhat at a depth of 5.5 m. Works commenced in 2023 and were completed in 2023, delivered to client Jinan Fadak Co.

AL Durah Mall — Qatif MADKORCO executed shoring and dewatering works for AL Durah Mall in Qatif at depths ranging from 4.5 m to 6 m, accommodating the varied excavation profile across the site. The project ran from 2023 to 2024, delivered to client AL Durah AL Thamina Co.

ENOC Petrol Station — Dammam Shoring and dewatering works were carried out for the ENOC Petrol Station in Dammam at a depth of 6 m. The project was executed for client ENOC and completed in 2024.

ENOC Petrol Station — Khobar A second ENOC Petrol Station project was executed in Khobar, involving shoring and dewatering at 6 m depth. Works were completed for client ENOC in 2024.

Fewel Way Petrol Station — Azizia, Khobar MADKORCO provided shoring and dewatering services for the Fewel Way Petrol Station in Azizia, Khobar, at a depth of 6 m. Works were completed for client Fuel Way Petrol Company in 2024.

RAND Schools — Siyhat Shoring and dewatering works were executed for the RAND Schools project in Siyhat at a depth of 5 m. The project was delivered to client Gulf Projects Cont. Co. and completed in 2024.

AL Kahal Hospital — Dammam MADKORCO carried out shoring and dewatering works for the AL Kahal Hospital in Dammam at a depth of 5.5 m. Works commenced in 2024 and were completed in 2025, delivered to client Sami Ahmed AL-JABR Contracting.

Al Khuraif Petrol Manufacture — 2nd Industrial, Dammam Shoring and dewatering works were carried out for the Al Khuraif Petrol Manufacture facility in the 2nd Industrial Zone, Dammam, at a depth of 4 m. The project was executed for client Othman Al-Quseemi Contracting and completed in 2025.

ANAK Main Sewage Station — Al-Qatif MADKORCO is currently executing shoring and dewatering works for the ANAK Main Sewage Station in Al-Qatif at a depth of 10 m. Works commenced in 2025 and are ongoing, delivered to client AL RAFIAA Cont. Co.

SAFWA Main Sewage Pump Station — Safwa Shoring and dewatering works are being executed for the SAFWA Main Sewage Pump Station, representing MADKORCO's deepest active project at 14 m depth. Works commenced in 2025 and are ongoing, delivered to client AL RAFIAA Cont. Co.

Sewage Pipe Line Tunneling Shafts — Sihat MADKORCO is currently executing shoring and dewatering works for sewage pipe line tunneling shafts in Sihat at a depth of 9 m. Works commenced in 2025 and are ongoing, delivered to client AL RAFIAA Cont. Co.
