1. Shoring Solutions

• Steel Sheet Piling — U-Type interlocking steel sheet piles (60 cm width, 8–12 m lengths), driven or extracted using the excavator-mounted S-120 Vibro Hammer (German technology, centrifugal force >1,200 kN)

• Soldier Pile Shoring (H-Beam & Timber Lagging) — Vertical H-30 steel wide flange beams with horizontal timber lagging, placed in drilled holes or driven. Suitable for zero-vibration zones

• Hydraulic Bracing Systems — British-made multi-layer hydraulic brace frames per BS EN 14653:2005 & BS 5975:2008. Frame dimensions from 2 m to 12 m, extendable to 80 m+ with cross struts and knee braces

• Edge & Excavation Safety Systems — Shore-Safe, Edge-Safe, Ladder-Safe trench box systems for perimeter protection per BS EN 13374:2004

2. Dewatering Solutions

• Well-Point System — Closely spaced shallow wells connected to a header main, pumped by Deutz German vacuum piston pumps (up to 200 m³/h at 100 m head). Suitable for shallow to medium excavations, trench works, foundations, tunnels, canals, and land reclamation

2. Dewatering Solutions

• Deep Well System — Array of bored wells with submersible pumps, designed for excavations deeper than 12 m, wide-area dewatering, foundation pits, and long-duration projects. Systems are engineered using MADKORCO's proprietary dewatering software
